Delivery options available through Royal Mail:
All jewellery items within the UK are sent by:
Special Delivery.
Gift Vouchers Worldwide are sent by:
Standard First Class.
International jewellery*
* EU, North America, Australia and NZ only.
Other countries, dependant on destination.

Orders received too late for us to catch the last post, or when the Post Office is closed, will be mailed out on the next working day. For reasons beyond our control, we cannot guarantee delivery in the UK by Royal Mail Special Delivery, the day following postage.

International mail may also be subject to delays due to the country of destination’s customs and importation formalities, as well as its domestic mail service.

Please note that packages may be opened and searched by customs on arrival in the destination country. An export declaration is completed, providing details about the jewellery that is bound for export and is required each time goods are exported to a country outside the UK. The document is used by the UK customs authority to control exports and to provide details of the goods for the importing country.

To return any Croyde Sea Glass jewellery, the items must be in the same condition that you received them and in the original packaging.

If you do not require the items for any reason, you can send them back for exchange, or refund. Please phone us for details.

Please note:

You are responsible for the items sent back to us, until we have received them through the post. You must claim for any loss of returned goods through your postage company. We suggest that you insure your parcel with Royal Mail and use a recorded delivery service which can be traced.

Please advise us prior to any return of goods.

If in the event you are not satisfied with your jewellery, we do not refund the cost of postage for returned, unwanted items.

Faulty Goods:

If you find the items are damaged in the post, please advise us immediately, on the date of receipt. If possible, please send a photograph of the damage. Please return them, in the original packaging, in the same way. If the jewellery is confirmed by Royal Mail to be damaged in the post, we will replace the items, if stock is available, or offer a full refund.

If you break or damage your jewellery, please contact us to discuss your options. Please note we do not offer refunds, or free replacements, for goods broken or damaged by you. We do, however, offer a repair service. Please feel free to contact us for details. 

Missing items:

For addresses in the UK, all our jewellery is sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. In most cases you should receive the items within a few days. If you have not received your jewellery within 5 working days of placing the order, or there are items missing, please contact us.
